Hell tea recipe (for 8 glasses)
½ l strong Indian tea
2-3 spoons sugar + 4 sugar cubes
0,8 dl orange liqueur
4 thin slices of lemon
0,4 dl rum
On bottom of well warmed glasses put thin slice of lemon. Spill in warm liqueur and then add hot sweet tea. In 4 spoons heat sugar cubes and soak with warm rum. Put on fire, when flames turn off, soak into tea.

Flamed coffee recipe
2 dl cooked sweet coffee
some cinnamon
2 spoons of wine brandy
2 spoons powdered sugar
Cook coffee with some cinnamon. Spill in warm cups. Over flame well heat mixture of sugar and wine brandy. Spill in coffee and put on fire so the whole surface is on fire. |
