• All ingredients must be first class.
• When spilling in cups, under cup put paper napkin.
• Don-t forgets to turn off the lights, otherwise you won-t see the flame, and enjoy it.
• Wine and other drinks heat up on moderate temperature, slowly, and then cover with a cover and remove from cooking stove. Leave it for half hour.
• Flambéing first practise alone.

If you take a look at flambee mixed drinks, you’ll notice a lot of ingredients. Each one contains alcoholic drink which is rich in calories. Also you must add sugar, one teaspoon of sugar has 16 calories. Finished flambee mixed drink is rich in calories. But this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t drink flambee drinks. Every now and then you must spoil yourself with something good. Why not with flambee alcoholic drink?

½ l strong Indian tea
2-3 spoons sugar + 4 sugar cubes
0,8 dl orange liqueur
4 thin slices of lemon
0,4 dl rum
On bottom of well warmed glasses put thin slice of lemon. Spill in warm liqueur and then add hot sweet tea. In 4 spoons heat sugar cubes and soak with warm rum. Put on fire, when flames turn off, soak into tea.

2 dl cooked sweet coffee
some cinnamon
2 spoons of wine brandy
2 spoons powdered sugar
Cook coffee with some cinnamon. Spill in warm cups. Over flame well heat mixture of sugar and wine brandy. Spill in coffee and put on fire so the whole surface is on fire.
